Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original Black+Blum eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
